Non-Quality-Related Returns
If a customer wishes to return an item for reasons unrelated to product quality (such as ordering the wrong item, changing their mind, or no longer needing the product), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified quality issue.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and resale reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been used, installed, altered, or damaged after delivery;
- Products with missing parts, accessories, or original packaging;
