These trays are designed specifically for growing edible sprouts and microgreens without soil. The mesh permits you to rinse seeds easily and allows excess water to drain away, reducing the risk of mould or sour smells. The PP frame is rigid and does not absorb moisture. Each tray can be stacked above another (using separate drainage stands, not included) to save space. To use, soak seeds overnight, spread them evenly over the mesh, and rinse twice per day. Keep the tray slightly tilted or place it on a rack so that water does not pool underneath. The fine mesh (0.5 mm) works with very small seeds; larger seeds such as mung beans may also be used. After each sprouting cycle, wash the tray with warm water and a brush, paying attention to the mesh area. Do not put these trays in a microwave or dishwasher with aggressive detergents. The trays do not claim to be sterile or to prevent bacterial growth \u2013 proper hygiene and frequent rinsing are essential for sprouting safety.
