Description: Ten seedling starter trays that are flat and open (no internal cell dividers). These trays are intended as general-purpose containers for starting seeds in soil blocks, or for holding multiple small pots. The material is PET, which is clear in some versions – allowing you to observe root growth from below if placed on a clear shelf. However, clear trays may promote algae; consider using an opaque outer cover. Each tray has a solid bottom with no drainage holes; you must drill holes yourself if bottom watering is desired. Alternatively, use them as water collection trays under perforated pots. The trays are lightweight; avoid dropping them as PET can crack. Clean with warm water and a soft sponge. These trays are not supplied with a dome. Suitable for indoor or greenhouse use. The product does not include seeds, compost, or pots. Because there are no pre-formed cells, you are responsible for creating your own growing compartments. This tray design offers flexibility for various propagation methods.
