Description: Thirty small seedling trays, each with 6 clear cells. The transparent material lets you observe root development and soil moisture levels without lifting the plant. This feature can be useful for children’s gardening projects or for checking seed germination progress. Each cell has a single drainage hole at the bottom. The trays are not supplied with a dome or solid base; you may place them on a separate drip tray. The PET material is lightweight; avoid rough handling as it may crack if dropped. Because the trays are clear, algae may grow more readily on the root zone if exposed to strong light for extended periods – consider placing the trays inside an opaque outer tray or covering the sides with tape. Suitable for starting vegetables, flowers, or herbs that do not require dark germination. After use, wash with warm water and a soft sponge; do not use abrasive pads. These trays are intended for one or two seasons of home use. The product does not claim to be shatterproof. Germination outcomes vary with seed quality and environmental conditions.
