Description: Five nursery trays without any drainage holes. These are designed to hold water, fertiliser solution, or to act as a reservoir under other perforated trays. The solid construction prevents leaks, making them useful on wooden shelves or indoor growing stations. The 1.0 mm thick polypropylene provides more rigidity than standard flimsy trays, reducing the risk of bowing when filled with wet compost. Because there are no holes, you can also use these trays to mix small batches of potting soil or to collect runoff from irrigated plants. Black colouration limits light exposure, which helps keep stored liquids clear of algae for short periods. Do not leave standing water in the tray for more than 24 hours if seedlings are not actively being bottom-watered. These trays are not food contact containers; do not use them to store edible produce directly. Clean with warm water and a non-abrasive sponge. The dimensions are compatible with most 1020 accessory inserts.
