Description: Twelve packs of biodegradable peat pots, each pack containing 12 interconnected pots (144 pots total). The pots are made from peat and wood pulp; they can be planted directly into garden beds or larger containers, reducing root disturbance. The material is lightly compressed – handle sheets carefully before wetting. Each pot has a small indentation at the bottom but no separate holes; water drains through the porous walls. Because peat pots wick moisture, you may need to water more frequently than with plastic containers. Avoid letting the pots dry out completely, as rewetting becomes difficult. These pots are suitable for vegetables, herbs, and flowers that are transplanted within 6–8 weeks. The pack does not include a tray; you will need a separate solid-bottom tray to hold the pots. Degradation time in soil varies with microbial activity and moisture. Store in a dry place until use. This product does not contain fertiliser or growth additives.
