  Description: Ten thick, durable seedling trays, each offering 200 individual cells. The 1.3 mm polypropylene construction provides higher rigidity than standard trays, reducing flex when carrying fully loaded trays. Reinforced rims help maintain shape during handling. The high cell density is suitable for germinating large quantities of small seeds such as lettuce, petunia, or basil before pricking out. Each cell includes a tiny drainage hole to allow excess water to escape; however, fine compost may wash out initially – bottom watering is recommended. The black colour reduces light penetration to roots. These trays are not supplied with a solid base or dome; you will need to place them on a leak-proof 1020 tray or capillary mat. To clean, remove all compost, soak in warm water with mild dish soap, and scrub gently. Avoid stacking heavy items on empty trays. The product does not guarantee uniform germination; outcomes depend on seed quality, temperature, and moisture management.
